Organisation: We are partnering with a highly established, nationally recognised industrial manufacturing organisation operating a multi-site production footprint across Australia. The business services blue-chip customers across food, health and consumer markets and operates within a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment. With revenue north of $1 billion, this role plays a critical part in driving financial performance, operational accountability and commercial discipline across four manufacturing sites. Role: Reporting directly to the General Manager - Finance, with a dotted line into the operational General Manager, this is a senior finance leadership role embedded within manufacturing operations. You will spend approximately 50% of your time on site across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, partnering with plant leaders and senior stakeholders to drive profitability, cost control and performance improvement. Key areas of focus include: Partnering operations on labour recovery, asset utilisation, cost of goods and margin optimisation Supporting pricing strategy, commercial negotiations and capital investment decisions Delivering robust budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across multiple sites Identifying financial risks and opportunities and influencing corrective action Acting as the bridge between operational leadership and Group Finance Candidate: You are CA / CPA qualified with proven experience in heavy manufacturing environments. You have previously supported multiple sites and are comfortable operating within a national footprint. You thrive in operational settings, enjoy being on the floor and can confidently challenge and influence senior leaders. Strong commercial acumen, resilience and the ability to translate financial data into practical operational insight are essential.
